Efficy is now looking for a CRM Functional Analyst to make sure the project teams can deliver the best projects for our customers in Brussels, Belgium!

Mission

Not a day is the same at Efficy. As a CRM Functional Analyst, you have an important role to play between the customer and the project team. Some of your daily tasks will be:

• Collect, identify and analyse requirements
• Analyse and define functional perimeters
• Advising the client about his expectations
• Modelling business processes (mapping, flows, etc.)
• Translate business needs to functional specifications.

Profile

As you are often in contact with our customers, you represent the company. Therefore, we ask the following minimum requirements of you:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or more
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• You are motivated and solution-oriented
• Good command of French or Dutch + English
• Autonomous and responsible
• Good communicator
