Our Finance Department is an international team covering multiple countries in Europe (Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Demark etc) and in Hong-Kong.

You will report directly to the senior accountant and will be a member of the Financial & Administrative Team (F&A).

About your mission

• You will take part in the daily statutory accounting in all our countries
• Help with the month-end accounting activities of assigned legal entities under local GAAP (Belgium, France, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands ...)
• Help preparing, maintaining and executing financial statements
• Work on the daily accounting operations
• Work with external accounting offices on the local fiscal and legal requirements
• Ensure all deadlines are met accordingly
• Help preparing Belgian and foreign VAT (monthly / quarterly) and other tax returns, with the help of external accountants when needed

About YOU

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, Business management, Finance
• You have a first experience in accounting as an intern or employee
• You are fluent in English + French or Dutch
• You have good analytical skills, a concern for precision coupled with a keen sense of organization
• You have good communication skills
• You are proactive and eager to learn
• You are flexible and can easily adapt
• You work independently and you can work in a remote team
