Your Impact
You will be part of a dedicated central migration team responsible to migrate our low-touch legacy CRM customers to our new CRM solutions largely leveraging automation.
As Digital Migration CSM, you will need to ensure a good customer experience during the migration journey to ensure customer retention including communication, onboarding, follow up and feedback collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent digital interactions with our legacy CRM customers, providing support and assistance as needed to increase product adoption and satisfaction during the migration.
- Use our Customer Success Platform to keep customer records up-to-date and facilitate efficient communication (Planhat)
- Perform day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools and consistently promote and assist with the implementation of process improvement.
- Design and launch processes, workflows, and automation that drive internal efficiencies, deliver greater value to our customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and share customer insights
- Analyse customer data, such as satisfaction, usage, and other feedback, to identify trends and provide recommendations on improving the customer experience.
- Collaborate with our Migration Enablement team to refine customer journey mapping, enhance engagement strategies, and optimize migration automation processes.
- Support renewal opportunities and maximize customer retention by promoting migrations to our new CRM solutions
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans with the intent to retain and generate additional expansion opportunities for the different cohorts of customers to migrate.
About YOU
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of customer success experience, ideally in digital or tech touch roles.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- a love for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated learner with technical orientation and the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
