Your Impact 

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes (automated and manual), conduct tests, identify defects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the overall quality of software deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement test processes and automated tests to improve quality and user experience within a modern, cloud-native, microservice-based tech stack.
• Design and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Conduct exploratory, acceptance, functional, and non-functional tests to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide detailed feedback on identified issues and support their resolution.
• Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to verify software stability.
• Contribute to the evolution of the team’s development and QA processes, tools, and practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to maintain expertise and continuously improve testing methodologies.

About YOU

• Proven experience in testing web applications, covering various test processes, phases, methods, and techniques.
• Strong ability to design and implement test cases effectively.
• Proficient in both manual and automated testing, including UI and integration tests.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Bonus points for:

• Hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress.
• Familiarity with API testing, particularly using Postman.
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications or holding AWS certifications.
• Knowledge of CRM and email technologies and platforms.
• Experience with unit testing.
• Programming skills in JavaScript.
