Your Impact
To support the end users when problems with the products or services cannot be solved by the 1st line Customer Service Employee, in order to solve problems and guarantee the continuity of the activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as second point of contact for the customer when problems cannot be solved by the 1st line helpdesk employee in order to offer a continuous customer-oriented service in view of reaching the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to end users by leveraging specific knowledge, experience, and deep analysis to assist them in resolving problems efficiently. Assist the end-user with the configuration to solve specific issues.
- Collect user problem data and share it with the customer care team and help drafting solutions to recurring problems in order to avoid these problems in future.
- Writing articles and sharing information on common issues to be published on internal communication channels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members by assisting with their tickets and providing support when workload permits, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and a shared commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with the technical teams to facilitate communication and collaboration regarding the improvement of standard functionalities.
- Stay well-informed about industry trends and advancements, consistently update knowledge in line with emerging developments, to enhance credibility and provide a service based on up-to-date expertise.
About YOU
- Structured and organised, with ability to juggle many tasks in parallel, and detect the need to change priorities.
- Good command of the Dutch & English language, both written and spoken.
- Diplomatic and able to explain complex things in an easy way
- A solution oriented mindset, with a focus on how to solve issues efficiently and to improve processes
- Independent, accurate, stress-resistant, team player
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Experience in customer facing interactions
- A "hands-on" mentality - Knowledge of CRM and Marketing solutions is an advantage.
- Has worked with Web Applications (preferably SaaS as well as API’s)
