About Content Management at efficy

That’s where you come in.

As a Content Management Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team, working closely with our Content Manager to help map, assess, and improve the content library across two languages and multiple formats. You'll help us sharpen our content strategy by identifying what's working, what's outdated, what’s missing - and what’s next. 

Your Impact

We're looking for a structured, curious, and detail-oriented intern to assist our Content Manager in auditing and analysing our existing content resources. This is not a writing internship (though strong writing skills are a plus) - it’s a deep dive into how content works, how it’s organized, and how it can deliver more value to our users.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in content operations at scale, supporting a leading European CRM solution with high visibility across marketing, sales, and product teams. 

Key Responsibilities

• Map and inventory existing content assets across English and French (written) resources
• Evaluate content for accuracy, relevance, branding consistency, and publication date
• Tag and categorize resources to improve internal findability and user navigation
• Identify outdated or duplicate content and flag for review or update
• Assist in identifying content gaps and areas where new formats (e.g. video, infographics) could add value
• Benchmark content trends in CRM and MarTech, particularly in the French market
• Contribute to a prioritisation plan to support future content development effort
  

About YOU

• You are currently studying marketing, communications, content strategy, or a related field
• You have experience as an Intern in a related field
• You are fluent in English & French
• You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
• You are curious about the CRM and MarTech landscape; familiarity with the French market is a plus
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how large-scale content ecosystems operate
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable asking questions
• You’re available for a minimum internship of 2 to 3 months starting in August
