Your Impact
We’re looking for a technically-minded, data-driven Growth Marketer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is central to the orchestration and scaling of outbound sales and marketing initiatives across all major digital channels.
Sitting at the crossroads of marketing, sales, and systems engineering, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining our outbound Growth Marketer infrastructure, including campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google (SEO/SEA), email, CRO platforms, and outreach tools. You’ll ensure our campaigns are not only scalable and compliant, but also fully trackable and performance-optimized across regions.

What you'll be doing
As a Growth Marketer, you’ll make sure Efficy’s outbound engine runs like clockwork:
- Build & scale multi-channel campaigns (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, Tribe CRM, email)
- Drive Go-To-Market activities across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, SEO & CRO
- Automate workflows (A/B testing, localization, segmentation, sales plays)
- Support SDR teams with nurturing flows & triggers
- Integrate & sync Growth Marketer tech stack (CRM, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Ensure accurate data flows, attribution & tracking (UTMs, tags, cookies)
- Maintain data hygiene & compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Create dashboards (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau) & track KPIs
- Optimize campaigns & workflows through insights
Who you are
- 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Tech Enablement (ideally SaaS).
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM, Salesloft, Marketo, Pardot, Clay, HubSpot (or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, CRO tools.
- Familiar with data modeling, attribution, or SQL (bonus points if you can query).
- Communicator who can translate technical workflows into clear business value.
- Proactive, hands-on, and excited about automation and systems thinking.
