Your Impact
We’re looking for a technically-minded, data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is central to the orchestration and scaling of outbound sales and marketing initiatives across all major digital channels.
Sitting at the crossroads of marketing, sales, and systems engineering, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining our outbound GTM infrastructure, including campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google (SEO/SEA), email, CRO platforms, and outreach tools. You’ll ensure our campaigns are not only scalable and compliant, but also fully trackable and performance-optimized across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Engineering, Automation & Channel Enablement
- Build and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, Tribe CRM, and email automation tools.
- Enable and scale GTM activities across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (SEA), SEO, CRO platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Automate and localize campaign workflows across regions, ensuring support for A/B testing, content localization, persona-driven segmentation, and sales-play automation.
- Support Sales Development teams with automated lead nurturing, follow-up flows, and campaign triggers.
2. Systems Integration, Data Infrastructure & Workflow Orchestration
- Design and maintain end-to-end GTM tech stack integrations, including CRM, MAPs (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and outreach platforms.
- Ensure all systems are connected and synced properly, via native integrations, middleware, or custom API connections.
- Monitor data flows and campaign attribution across tools, ensuring every lead and touchpoint is accurately tracked from channel to pipeline.
- Lead the setup and ongoing governance of tracking infrastructure (UTMs, campaign IDs, cookies, tags, etc.).
3. Data Readiness, Compliance & Governance
- Own the data hygiene process: deduplication, normalization, enrichment, suppression, and list segmentation.
- Ensure outbound initiatives comply with relevant data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, local laws).
- Drive structured data collection to enable scalable GTM personalization and accurate reporting.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Define KPIs and success metrics across outbound channels; build real-time dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
- Monitor core metrics including open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution.
Recommend and implement iterative improvements to workflows, campaign logic, and channel strategies based on performance insights.
About YOU
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM technology enablement, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep technical understanding of CRM, Salesloft, Clay, Marketo, Pardot, and other sales engagement tools.
- Strong grasp of GTM channel infrastructure, including Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email platforms, and CRO tooling.
- Familiar with data modeling, attribution, and basic SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong communicator with cross-functional stakeholder management experience across Marketing, Sales, and IT.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for systems thinking and scalable automation.
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Campaign Velocity & Stability: Time to launch new campaigns; downtime due to sync or system issues.
- Data Integrity & Attribution Accuracy: Lead tracking quality across platforms and campaigns.
- Operational Efficiency: Time saved for GTM teams through workflow automation and tooling improvements.
- Pipeline Contribution: Volume and quality of pipeline generated via outbound campaigns.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from Sales, Marketing, and SDR/BDR teams on campaign support and tooling enablement.
We offer YOU
- A stable and growing company with an entrepreneurial mindset, where your ideas are valued, and we support you in making them happen
- State-of-the-art offices where teamwork is the norm
- International growth opportunities and internal mobility
- A competitive salary package with a bonus system and a referral program
- Engaging events: team lunches, after-work gatherings, sports activities, and trips
- Learning opportunities: languages, technology, product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership development

“Today, more than ever, we have the opportunity to work with people from all over Europe without seeing them in real. With these new facilities, they are now able to gather in one place, and share more than just meetings. The relationships between colleagues will be stronger, their commitment to our success will be bigger. We know it’s a disruptive concept. But we’ve seen some very positive effects already,” says Cédric Pierrard, efficy co-founder.
