Your Impact

For the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our professional services team. Professional Services is responsible for implementing our software for customers. The Benelux team consists of 34 driven onboarding specialists, consultants, and project managers. PS also collaborates with our other regional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success Management, and Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the implementation project for our customers.
• Safeguard the project scope and focus on the standard features of our CRM.
• Coordinate and facilitate all activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define an implementation plan to identify and address improvement opportunities.
• Follow up with customers and communicate potential future standards and benefits.
• Lead the delivery together with the team and the customer throughout the implementation process.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Deliver implementation estimates (cost and effort) that are feasible and measurable.
• Prioritize activities to meet requirements.
• Improve existing approaches with fresh, alternative solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch (native) + English (professional level).
  
• 6+ years of project management experience in software (CRM/ERP) projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to organize information and communicate progress.
• Capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously that share a common goal.
• Flexible mindset, willing to wear multiple hats when needed.
  • Strong analytical skills; background in functional analysis required.
• Passion for leading and managing large transformation projects – career-driven and focused on this role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end change projects at a senior level.
• Ability to think both strategically (big picture) and tactically regarding project planning, scope, budgeting, and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage customer expectations.
• Understanding and appreciation of the processes, procedures, and governance required to lead projects and programs.
• Ability to capture the customer’s current operational status and map processes to implement solutions for complex business challenges while respecting our application’s standard framework.
