Your Impact
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who speaks fluent Sales to empower our SMB and Mid-Market sales teams (BDR, SDR, ISR) to sell smarter, faster, and with greater impact. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution: you’ll identify performance gaps, design targeted enablement programs and deliver impactful coaching and training experiences.
You’ll act as a bridge between sales, product marketing, and revenue operations — ensuring our sellers have the right skills, behaviors, and resources to win. From onboarding to ongoing development, you’ll take the lead in facilitating sessions, coaching, creating content, and driving initiatives that accelerate sales velocity and elevate performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Academy Certification Program: Design, develop, and manage a full Sales Academy program covering onboarding through continuous development and promotion paths for SDRs, BDRs, and ISRs. Key components include:
- Onboarding: Finalize and iterate based on the current program.
- Certification Criteria: Define clear, progressive knowledge, skills, behaviors, and tasks for SDR → BDR → ISR and beyond.
- 1:1 Coaching Support: Provide targeted coaching to Sales Hub leadership and reps, using coaching observations to inform ongoing Sales Academy needs analysis.
- Leverage AI insights from tools (Salesloft, Nooks, SecondBody, Leexi, etc.) and collaborate with Sales Leadership to deliver actionable guidance.
- Identify performance gaps together with Leadership and feed learnings back into the evolving Sales Academy framework.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead sessions and exercises focused on sales skills, methodology, go-to-market motions, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Content & Resources: Create, or guide the creation of, sales content and resources (playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, toolkits) in collaboration with Product Marketing and RevOps.
- Ongoing Development: Design and execute one-off or ongoing upskilling initiatives to address evolving business needs.
- Ad hoc Sales Events: Take the lead on sales-related content and facilitation for Sales events, such as Sales Kickoffs and summits, and/or partner with internal SMEs and external vendors to execute.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in SaaS Sales Orgs.
- Background in Sales Enablement, within a SaaS B2B environment.

- Develop Sales Reps throughout each stage of their career
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to leverage AI insights to strategically drive seller’s performance
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, BANT) and how to translate them into practical, day-to-day selling behaviors.
- Skilled facilitator, able to engage both new and experienced sellers in interactive training.
- Ability to create clear, actionable sales resources and programs that drive adoption.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps.

efficy revolutionises the workplace with the opening of its new “Co-Working & Co-Living” office in Brussels
“Today, more than ever, we have the opportunity to work with people from all over Europe without seeing them in real. With these new facilities, they are now able to gather in one place, and share more than just meetings. The relationships between colleagues will be stronger, their commitment to our success will be bigger. We know it’s a disruptive concept. But we’ve seen some very positive effects already,” says Cédric Pierrard, efficy co-founder.
