Your Impact
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring the CRM system to meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their needs, requirements and objectives
- Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications, technical specifications and CRM solutions.
- Identify solutions in our application based on the customers complex business process, issues and needs
- Lead the implementation of CRM systems, including configuration, integration, and data migration
- Configure the CRM system to meet their needs
- Act as a constant bridge between project stakeholders and internal teams
- Act as a product expert and guide all stakeholders to the correct solutions
- Follow up with customers, communicate potential future standards and benefits
- Prioritize activities to meet the requirements
About YOU

- Analytical and customer centric mindset
- Communication skills in French and English
- Structured and organised
- Organize information and communicate progress
- Ability to lead several projects and activities
- Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
- 2 years or plus in functional consultancy or relevant experience, consulting background is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong analytic skills, background in functional analysis required
- Experience with CRM or ERP implementations
- Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regards to project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality
- Demonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage client expectations
- Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects
- Ability to manage tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope.
