Your Impact
We're looking for a Sales Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of existing mid-market customers using our MarTech product Apsis. This role is all about keeping customers happy, ensuring renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of our platform. You’ll directly contribute to ARR growth and help our clients succeed with smart, tailored solutions.

What you’ll be doing
✔️ Portfolio management & retention – Own renewal conversations and contract negotiations, monitor account health, and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders to prevent churn
✔️ Revenue growth – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, create proposals, and close expansion deals across both subscription and project revenue
✔️ Account planning – Develop account strategies to hit portfolio ARR and upsell targets; collaborate with Client Relations, Professional Services, and Product teams as needed
✔️ Product expertise – Deliver product demos independently, stay current on updates and roadmap, and translate features into business value for your accounts
Who you are
✔️ Proven track record in account management or expansion sales, preferably in SaaS
✔️ Comfortable managing relationships and closing deals
✔️ Experienced with ARR-based targets and upsell quotas
✔️ Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct
✔️ Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize across a portfolio
✔️ Fluent in English, Swedish, and Finnish
✔️ Customer-centric mindset with a strong interest in software, MarTech, and CRM solutions
✔️ Experience with marketing software platforms is a plus
