JOB OVERVIEW
Your mission is to maximize the impact and efficiency of efficy’s paid marketing efforts.
You are the end-to-end owner of Google SEA, responsible for performance, structure, and ROI. In parallel, you act as a marketing performance analyst, analyzing paid campaigns across channels and turning data into insights that guide optimization, prioritization, and experimentation.
You work closely with another performance-focused profile in the company, strengthening our ability to make consistent, data-driven marketing decisions.
Efficy is Europe’s leading independent CRM provider, trusted by 13,500+ customers and 330,000+ users worldwide.
We’re growing, and looking for a Google SEA & Performance Analyst to join our international marketing team.
What’s in it for you?
✔️ Own and shape Google SEA performance at a leading European SaaS company
✔️ Play a key role in building a data-driven marketing organization
✔️Work closely with other performance experts to sharpen insights and impact
✔️ Career growth opportunities and internal mobility
✔️ Modern offices in 11 European locations
✔️ Fun team events & continuous learning
✔️ Competitive salary with bonus system
✔️ Hybrid working policy
What you’ll be doing
1. Google SEA Ownership (A–Z)
Own Google Ads from end to end, including budget allocation, keyword research, account structure, ad messaging, and bidding strategies
Continuously optimize ad relevance, quality scores, and conversion performance through keyword refinement, messaging improvements, and structural optimization
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to improve landing pages and conversion paths, ensuring alignment between ads and on-site experience
Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and scalable growth
2. Paid Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze paid campaign performance across channels (Google Ads, Meta, and others) to identify what drives results — and what doesn’t
Monitor and interpret key funnel and quality metrics such as Leads, MQLs, SQLs, CMPQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, and junk rates
Support experimentation by identifying opportunities for testing, scaling, or stopping campaigns based on data
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into concrete optimizations and decisions
3. Data-Driven Insights & Decision Support
Turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Contribute to performance dashboards and reporting that support transparency and learning across the team
Help build a culture of measurement, accountability, and continuous improvement within marketing
Collaborate with other data- and performance-focused profiles to align methodologies and insights
Who you are
Proven experience managing Google Ads at scale, with clear ownership of performance and budgets
Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in campaign performance analysis and funnel metrics
Comfortable working with complex datasets and performance indicators to assess campaign quality and impact
Naturally data-driven: you rely on numbers and evidence to guide decisions, not gut feeling
Able to combine hands-on execution with structured analysis and critical thinking
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or performance-driven digital environment is a strong plus
Clear communicator who can explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

efficy revolutionises the workplace with the opening of its new “Co-Working & Co-Living” office in Brussels
“Today, more than ever, we have the opportunity to work with people from all over Europe without seeing them in real. With these new facilities, they are now able to gather in one place, and share more than just meetings. The relationships between colleagues will be stronger, their commitment to our success will be bigger. We know it’s a disruptive concept. But we’ve seen some very positive effects already,” says Cédric Pierrard, efficy co-founder.
