What you’ll be doing

Your main focus (70–80%) – Learning & Enablement

✔️ Create learning modules, courses, and micro-content on our e-learning platform using AI tools
✔️ Turn strategic briefs into clear, engaging learning journeys
✔️ Ensure content is practical, structured, and aligned with efficy’s transformation goals and tone
✔️ Work closely with SMEs and content owners to validate content
✔️ Track engagement metrics and improve content based on feedback
✔️ Support other enablement initiatives (process, capability, culture topics)

Supporting scope (20–30%) – Communications & Content

✔️ Create visual and video content for internal and social channels (Canva)
✔️ Support internal communications (newsletters, announcements, campaigns)
✔️ Contribute to change management communications
✔️ Assist with employer branding, culture, or leadership content

➡️ What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• 3–5 learning modules launched on Juno with measurable engagement

• Full ownership from brief to final delivery

• Strong collaboration rhythm with internal stakeholders

• Contribution to at least 2 internal communications or social projects

Who you are

✔️ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (communications, media, journalism, digital transformation, business administration)
✔️ Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized
✔️ Comfortable using AI tools and digital learning platforms
✔️ Interested in organizational change and learning & development
✔️ Confident collaborating with diverse stakeholders
✔️ Nice-to-have: French, e-learning platforms, Canva, or instructional design
