Your Impact
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring the CRM system to meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives.
- Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications, technical specifications, and CRM solutions.
- Identify solutions in our application based on the customer's complex business processes, issues, and needs.
- Lead the implementation of CRM systems, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Configure the CRM system to meet their needs.
- Act as a constant bridge between project stakeholders and internal teams.
- Act as a product expert and guide all stakeholders to the correct solutions.
- Follow up with customers, and communicate potential future standards and benefits.
- Prioritize activities to meet the requirements.
About YOU
- Strong analytical skills, and customer-centric mindset.
- Communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Structured and organised.
- Organize information and communicate progress.
- Ability to lead several projects and activities.
- Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed.
- 5 years or plus in functional consultancy or relevant experience, consulting background is a plus.
- Background in functional analysis required.
- Experience with CRM or ERP implementations.
- Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically regarding project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to estimate project efforts and manage client expectations.
- Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects.
- Ability to manage tight timelines, and limited resources and still deliver on time and within scope.
