What you’ll be doing

• Speak to inbound leads – you’re their first friendly contact
• Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social 
• Run quick discovery calls to understand their needs 
• Book good meetings for the Sales team 
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date 
• Work closely with Marketing to keep improving lead quality 
• Follow simple, proven workflows (we’ll show you how) 
• Hit your targets, support your team, and enjoy the wins

Who you are

✔️ You’ve worked in hospitality, retail, call centres, delivery, or similar 

✔️ You’re curious, driven, and up for a new challenge 

✔️ You want to learn, grow, and start a proper career 

✔️ You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder – you get things done 

✔️ You’re probably already upselling without realising it 

✔️ You speak one of the following fluently: Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian – plus English
