What you’ll be doing
• Own the full sales cycle: qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close
• Follow up on warm leads from our SDR and BDR teams
• Deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for prospects
• Keep CRM records clean and accurate
• Collaborate closely with SDRs and BDRs for seamless handovers
• Apply proven sales workflows and playbooks to maximise conversion
• Hit your individual targets and contribute to team success
• Join regular coaching and learning sessions to keep building your skills
Who you are
✔️ You’ve already got some experience in sales (bonus if it’s B2B SaaS)
✔️ You’re ready to own deals and grow in your next role
✔️ You’re a strong communicator and confident negotiator
✔️ You’re proactive, organised, and focused on delivering value
✔️ You’re comfortable using CRM and sales tools (or you’ll learn fast)
✔️ You speak one of the following fluently: Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian – plus English
