Your Impact
Seeking an engaging sales trainer and coach to support and empower our Junior Sellers (SDRs, BDRs, and ISRs). As the first point of contact and owner of classroom facilitation and coaching during onboarding and beyond, you will play a critical role in empowering new reps with the skills, knowledge, strategies and tactics to help them succeed in their new role.
You’ll be onsite with the team to provide continuous coaching and training, as needed, act as a mentor, and provide input to Sales Hub (SDRs, BDRs, and ISRs) Leadership. You’ll be a critical resource as our new sellers develop in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding (weeks 1-2 of a new SDR, BDR, and ISR’s training)
- In-person facilitation of Onboarding for Junior Sellers in the Sales Hub (SDR, BDR, ISR).
- Role play facilitation and coaching.
- Keeping onboarding resources up to date. Including aiding in designing and developing new courses when gaps are analyzed.
- Partnering with Sales Enablement Manager on updating and centralizing materials.
- Providing feedback to Managers of new hires.
- Onboarding related communication and administration.
- Sales Enablement related news posts and industry news.
- Identifying and analyzing Sales Hub performance gaps that may be addressed through training and coaching.
- Where appropriate, address gaps with the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of new training resources and courses.
- Providing training and coaching to Junior sellers beyond onboarding as needed.
- Participation management
- Tracking attendance and course completion.
- Managing LMS course assignment.
- Certification completion tracking.
- Moderate internal webinars or co-facilitate as needed.
- Manage internal training resources (i.e., courses, sales assets, and job aides).
About YOU
- You are an engaging facilitator, clear communicator, and strong storyteller.
- You have instructional design and/or e-learning design experience.
- You create clarity out of chaos – making difficult concepts digestible and retainable.
- You are as comfortable coaching 1:1 as you are leading group sessions or running webinars.
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator in English.
Nice to have
- You have some sales experience (either as a direct seller, sales leader, or sales trainer).
- LMS Admin. or super user experience
- Internal Comms skills
- Dutch or French language skills
