As a BDR, you’ll be the one starting new conversations – reaching out to future customers and building connections that matter. You’ll generate interest, open doors, and book quality meetings that help our sales teams grow efficy across Europe.
You’ll join a brand-new sales hub – a fresh initiative we’ve just launched in Utrecht to build a powerhouse of young sales talent. This isn’t just a buzzing hub – it’s a community you’ll help shape, build, and grow from the ground up.

• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social
• Run short, focused discovery calls
• Book quality meetings for the Sales team
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date
• Personalise your outreach using smart research
• Follow structured outreach workflows (we’ll show you how)
• Team up with Sales & Marketing to fine-tune your approach
• Hit your targets and enjoy your progress
Who you are
✔️ You’re ready to kick-start (or grow) your career in B2B tech sales
✔️ You bring energy, resilience, and a goal-driven mindset
✔️ You’re a clear communicator who builds rapport easily
✔️ You like being organised and staying curious
✔️ You’re comfortable with CRMs and outreach tools (or ready to learn fast)
✔️ You speak one of the following fluently: Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian – plus English
